Happy 16 Year Anniversary Dawson & Dawson!

As we raise a glass of cheer this St. Patrick’s Day, we’re also raising our spirits to commemorate our company’s 16th anniversary. Just as St. Patrick’s Day symbolizes luck and prosperity, we too have been fortunate to have dedicated employees, loyal customers, and steadfast partners supporting us along this journey. President’s Corner

Wow, what a start to the year! We set our goals and refined our ideas for success in 2024. Recently, I had an opportunity to facilitate a panel of successful international business women that I know well. The panelists shared about the successes they achieved and the challenges they had to overcome as international women navigating corporate America. Now, as I reflect on the 16 years of Dawson & Dawson, I will be forever grateful to the clients and candidates who have contributed to our success. We do this because we love making a difference. Let’s continue to accomplish so much together.

Our Story

For over three decades Dawson & Dawson’s President, Kathy Dawson, has provided contract, direct hire, permanent and temporary employment for thousands of candidates.  Kathy Dawson, CEO/Founder, literally grew up in the staffing industry.  She worked her way up to the executive ranks for one of the largest corporate national staffing firms; ultimately holding the position of Executive Vice President. She led a team of over 120 employees in as many as 30 branches throughout the Western United States.

Then, on MARCH 17Th (St. Patrick’s Day), 2008 Kathy, who is Irish, was ready to make her own mark. “Life’s too short,” she says. “Corporate America has no flexibility, but I can change with the times.” Dawson & Dawson, Inc. was founded with a committed approach to be twice as good as the competition in Search & Staffing.  The Dawson & Dawson secret to success is recognizing that our personal reputations are on the line with each connection we make.
