Tracy Barron brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational excellence to her role at Dawson & Dawson. Since 2019, she has led company-wide initiatives that enhance recruiting operations, streamline processes, and elevate the client and candidate experience.

Her prior leadership includes senior roles in nonprofit, healthcare, construction, and technology industries, where she championed process improvement, business excellence, and employee engagement programs. A graduate of Michigan State University and Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, Tracy has also dedicated over two decades to advancing performance excellence and leadership development through statewide volunteer work.
