Our Team

Larry Dawson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Dawson & Dawson and is a cornerstone of the firm’s leadership team. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing management, Larry has held leadership roles across multi-plant operations in the medical manufacturing industry including plastic molding, heart valves, and cardiopulmonary products. Overseeing teams of up to 300 employees, he knows that efficient operations begin and end with effective human relations and proper staffing. As Larry puts it, “The staff must perform and be dependable to ensure everyone’s mutual success.”

A U.S. Navy veteran, Larry proudly served aboard an aircraft carrier as an Engineering Auxiliary Officer before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and completing postgraduate studies in Nuclear Power. He later earned his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and is also a Certified Staffing Consultant (CSC).

Since joining Dawson & Dawson in 2008, Larry has strengthened the company’s financial foundation, optimized operations, and advanced its technology infrastructure. Known as the firm’s “Make it Happen” guy, he brings analytical precision, calm leadership, and a steadfast commitment to people living by his motto: “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that counts.”
