Dawson & Dawson, Inc. was founded in Southern California and has proudly grown into a national search and staffing firm serving clients and candidates across the United States.

For more than four decades, Founder & CEO Kathy Dawson has been passionate about connecting people, talent, and opportunity. After rising to the executive ranks of a national staffing firm, leading more than 120 employees across 30 branches, Kathy founded Dawson & Dawson on St. Patrick’s Day, 2008 with a simple but powerful mission: to set a higher standard in search and staffing through Purpose, People, and Partnership. Her vision remains the same today: to deliver exceptional service through integrity, collaboration, and adaptability, helping businesses grow and people thrive. That vision continues to drive our team every day.
